Hopscotch Childcare was established in 1993 and is a family run business where at the heart of all our schools is the care of the children and the needs of all our parents.

All our schools reflect this through our staff all of whom hold a childcare qualification, are Garda Vetted and are only employed where we feel they can represent the ethos of Hopscotch Childcare.

All our centres are purpose built, child friendly centres with designated, safe secure outdoor spaces.

Our curriculum for all rooms is introduced through the Montessori method of teaching which we now have also linked to the new Pre-school programme Aistear.

We have a management system in place to ensure the curriculum, our policy & procedures are implemented to the highest standards at all times.

We always advocate an ‘open’ door policy for our parents who can call in at any time to visit their child or talk to our staff. We also have a Parent ‘App’ which allows our teachers to communicate in real-time quickly, effectively and efficiently with parents.
